So today over the dinner table my cousin's wearing a new red feather-wool scarf; I say to my aunt, hey, you finished the knitting you were doing! She replies that it's really easy and that she could teach me if I wanted.

Instead I retreat to my bedroom and spend an hour making a knitting emoticon :D

Yeah, it's pretty fun. Good to do when you're watching TV or something. The only thing I've knitted is scarves, but that's where you start, lol.

:giggle: Perhaps that is a danger of things that are too easy -- after awhile they get to be boring instead. Emoticonning is not too easy so it won't get boring, lol! :D
